Our consortium is dealing with online trainings and scientific services. Our policy lasts for 30 days since the training/service is provided. If 30 days have gone, we can’t offer any further assistance regarding the same.
Refunds (if applicable)
Fees remitted are returned only if our consortium fails to perform the training/service offered to the customer. In such cases, the entire amount will be refunded within 10 days from the date of announcement of the training(s). For services, we will notify in advance about the chances for its successful completion and funds are acquired only after the consent of the customer through job request. If approved by the customer, then refund will not be processed unless the job is not successfully performed by our consortium.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
